Presentations/Experiments
If you want to do a presentation or an experiment, you should be aware of the following:
- Email [email protected]. The subject should be either Presentation:____________ or Experiment:____________ to give us a clear idea of what you are planning to do.
- For presentations, you must give us your slide presentation for review. This must be done at least THREE DAYS before your desired date.
- For experiments, you must give a procedure of how you will carry out your experiment. List all materials you need; however, don't expect Mrs. Eastep to have everything, so be aware of that as you are planning out your experiment and ALWAYS ASK HER FIRST. ALWAYS give amounts, especially for chemicals. This must be done at least ONE WEEK before your desired date, so that Mrs. Eastep can prepare the materials for you.
- There is only one presentation slot and one experiment slot per meeting. If multiple people are planning to do a presentation/experiment for the same meeting, the first to have theirs approved will be able to present that day, while others (if approved) will be bumped to future meetings, so first come, first serve.
- Here are some examples of experiments/presentations to get you started.
